Shipping Policy
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes vary depending on the product ordered, stock availability, supplier lead times, and destination. Estimated delivery information is provided within the product listing where available. Customers should refer to the individual product page for the most accurate and up-to-date delivery estimate for each item.
If there are any unexpected delays or changes to the estimated delivery timeframe, CXDX will notify the customer as soon as practicable and provide an updated delivery schedule.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes?
Please note that we are unable to modify your delivery address once your order has been placed. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Order Processing Time
Orders placed online are typically shipped within 48 hours of confirmed purchase, however, in rare cases some orders may take up to 28 days to be shipped
