• Monthly subscription (direct debit) that includes the NeuroCatch® hardware, software licence and support.

• Software and support are bundled into one monthly amount.

• Flexible contract terms, typically 24–36 months.

• Suitable if you prefer predictable operating expenditure with no large upfront capital spend.

How the process works​

1. Discuss your needs - We’ll clarify your setting (clinic, team, research), expected volume and support requirements so we can recommend an appropriate configuration.

2. Receive a tailored quote - CXDX prepares a formal quote based on your preferred pricing model (outright purchase or subscription), contract term and any multi-year payment requests.

3. Purchase order & onboarding - Once the quote is approved, we can work with purchase orders and invoices, then schedule delivery, setup and training so your team can start using NeuroCatch® smoothly.
